It’s that time of year again!
We need to hold our Annual General Meeting to comply with the terms of our Constitution and Charities’ Commission requirements. Normally the meeting would be held face to face, but in these uncertain times with alert levels moving up and down, limits on gathering and venue closures we will be holding the AGM on Zoom.
It will be held at 10 am on Saturday 11 December 2021. We welcome and encourage anyone who is interested and not necessarily a member to join the meeting.
You will need to register for the Event on the website to make sure you are emailed a Zoom link in plenty of time to join the meeting.
We'll email you again with more information about what will be on the agenda but it will include an overview of the year's activities, a financial report and an opportunity for you to contribute your suggestions for 2022.
