Our classes have a maximum of 15 students and are taught by native French speakers at our premises at Alliance Française, Hamilton, Suite A4 (first floor on the left), Reid House, Alexandra Street, Hamilton Central.

As a general rule, only classes with at least 4 students enrolled will be confirmed to go ahead.

Member discount
From 1 January 2025, an annual membership cost $60 for a single membership and $80 for a family membership.
Members of the Alliance receive an Early bird discount of 10% off when registering and paying for a group class before the end of the previous term.  For term 3, the deadline is by 27 June 25.

This French language textbook series is designed for adult and young adult learners, known for its structured approach and comprehensive coverage of the French language.  It progresses from beginner (A1) to advanced (C2) levels, offering a variety of authentic materials and engaging activities to develop all four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.  Students are encouraged to use their language skills in real-life situations, promoting autonomy and fluency.

Children's classes are $150 a term.

The class runs for 40 minutes and caters for five to 12-year-olds.

Petite Ecole (bilingual children) $200 a term.

The class runs for 1 hour for 7-year-old minimum.
